Question about 1999 Dodge Durango
As Mark tell you, check and test fuses, if this is OK, then test voltage from/at blower motor wires, if you have voltage there, your problem could be the motor itself. First if the motor is totally in operative have you replaced the resistor? Are a known failure part.
The motor is on the passanger side by the right kick panel facing the floor it has two wires attached and usually 3-8mm bolts holding it in the wires are usually green and black and heavy gauge, below is a pic of what you should see...
1. Remove and disassemble the heater-A/C housing.
2. Remove the three screws that secure the blower motor, air spoiler, and blower wheel assembly to the heater-A/C housing.
3. Pull the blower motor and wheel assembly out of the passenger compartment side of the heater-A/C housing while feeding the blower motor wire harness, grommet and connector through the hole on the dash panel side of the housing.
To get the housing out you need to pull the dash and discharge the A/C if you need instructons on that i will provide them also.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.
