There appears to be a short internally in your steering wheel.

you drive out the old one (use a stud remover press) or hammer, then pull the new one in with a wheel nut and spacers (washers work good)

How do I dismantle tailshaft support bearing ve commodore

This will be detailed in a repair manual but basically remove the rear section tail shaft if flanged . If not remove the whole shaft from the car and disassemble the shaft joints near the bearing. Remove the nut and pull / press the bearing from the shaft. It should come as a complete item (bearing ,rubber mount and mounting case). Take care to mark where the flange /section comes off the splines as it is critical to position it exactly on reassembly to prevent vibration of the shaft.

Have short in fuse box horn fuse keeps blowing.removed air bag but connected horn on seperate switch also abs switch is in foult.could anyone suggest where the foult is?

First of all, it's not likely there is a short in the fuse box. More likely is a short in the horn circuit. Check the horn mechinism in steering collum and the wiring to the horns. Why would you remove an airbag? Also, The ABS system is a brake pressure regulating device that operates via wheel speed sensors mounted near the brake rotors, which feed info to a computor. Either the sensors are bad, there is a problem with wiring/connectors, or the computor is haywire.
