I am not very familiar with this vehicle but the place I would suggest you start looking is the vacuum line to the brake booster. Make sure it is connected and is not cracked or split anywhere.
You could also run the engine and use a hose like a stethoscope, just put one end up to your ear, and the other all around the booster to see if you can hear any vacuum leaks.
If this doesn't help get back to me and I will try to help you some more.

Probably a Tan colour in the range of all Tan colours. Even if the car had been carefully resprayed, the true colour lies behind the compliance plate because the plate is added after the factory spray paints the car, then it is never removed. If you can remove the plate you will probably see the originally factory paint of a Tan colour. Do not forget to replace the plate with rivets. Cheers bro.

place masking tape on the area of the bootlid where the pillars/risers of the(i assume you mean)spoiler are going to be screwed,ensuring you have access to the underside where the bolts are to be fitted.You may have to juggle the fitment to get the optimum balance of accessibility(for the bolts)& cosmetics(how it looks)-leave the trailing edge overhanging the boot just until you think it looks good and the access thru the inner bootlid frame is sound(you can drill access holes thru the frame if you need to & seal/bung those holes when ur done.
right now place the spoiler & draw around the base risers onto masking tape-remove spoiler,measure carefully the bolt holes & transfer measurements onto the bootlid-lightly centre pop those marks(only after you've triple-checked your marks) & drill the holes-i start with a 2mm & work up to the final bore-allow a bit bigger than the bolts,so 8mm bolts drill at 8.5 or even 9mm;you can drill thru the frame too if u need to but just make sure you don't foul the boot aperture rubber or the guard channel gutter. Now if your measurings good you should be able to fit ur spoiler using a good sealer between bootlid/spoiler & a waterproof washer on the bolthead side-hope this is helpful,i've fitted many in my time-just take ur time & think as u go-you'll be sweet
