There is usually a cosmetic cover hiding the two phillips head screws which attach the visor to the overhead. These covers 'clip' in place and can be removed using a small flat tip screwdriver. Once removed, you can then access these two phillips head screws. Remove the screws & gently remove the visor. You will find a wire harness connector to the visor. Find the release tab on the connector & press on it to disconnect the visor from the wire harness in the overhead. Installation is reverse of removel. Go to www.hmaservice.com and register your vehicle by VIN #.. you'll then have access to wiring diagrams, shop manuals, service bulletins, illustrations and procedures, etc.

Remove or disconnect the following:
Disconnect the negative battery cable.The mirror inside cover trimThe door panelThe electrical connector to mirror motorThe nut attaching mirror assembly to door frameThe outside rear view mirror

Remove the mirror glass:
Fold the mirror glass forwards and inwards as illustrated.
Grasp and pull the mirror glass lengthways until it releases.
Work the glass out.
Remove electric motor:
Remove the 3 screws from behind the mirrored glass.
Separate the connectors
Remember the positions of the connectors.
Remove the mirror motor.

Install or connect the following:

philip head screw driver,
flat head screw driver
metric socket std and deep.
rachet metric or 3/8 driver with a adaptor.
lower the windows.
look for small plastic cover on the door handle and door pull, pop the cover with a samll flat head screw and loosen the screws with philip head screw driver.
pull the in side panel from the button of the door panel with the help of screw driver and along the sides.
push the inside panel up wards to clear the glass. and disconnect any of the electric wiring. and left the panel out of the way.
take the window switch from the door pnael and roll up the windows.
peel down th inside water seal.
you should be able to get to the mounting screws for the mirror.
There is a Technical Service Bulletin on the power mirror actuator for replacement. If your mirror just stopped operating, I would take it back to the dealer and they will fix at no charge due to the TSB.
For removing the door panel
Remove window crank handle or power window switch assembly (if equipped).
Disconnect harness connectors.
Remove pull handle escutcheon.
Remove pull handle cover and remove screw.
Lift armrest upward to release clips and remove armrest.
Remove front door finisher screws behind armrest.
Release clips and remove front door finisher.
Disconnect lock cable and handle cable from inside door handle assembly.
Remove the door handle bezel.Remove the power window/door lock switch bezel.Remove the rearview mirror fastener trim cover.Remove the 4 door trim panel retaining screws.One that was behind the mirror trim cover,behind the switch panel,behind the door handle bezel,and one at the bottom corner.Lift the door trim panel up from the door to disengage the trim panel clips.Remove the front radio speaker. Disconnect the power mirror wiring connector.Remove the 3 bolts to the mirror.
Remove the sail panel,the little panel on inside of door at the mirror.
Remove the window regulator switch plate, pry up on the front of it with a small pick or screw driver. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Remove the top door trim panel screw that is behind the sail panel you removed.

Remove door trim panel screw in the courtesy lamp housing. Remove the courtesy lamp lens.Remove the screw.
Remove the inside door handle trim cover.
Remove the bolt.
Remove the inside door handle.
Lift upward to remove the front door trim panel.
Remove the courtesy lamp.
Turn the courtesy lamp bulb socket one quarter turn and remove.
Disconnect the power mirror electrical connector.
Remove the three outside rear view mirror nuts.
Remove the mirror.
first remove the sail like cover at the right upper corner of door panel.remove the window switch assembley by prying upward, once you get this pryed out disconnect the electrical connectors from the switch assembley,remove the top panel screw whare you took the sail shaped cover off then remove the screw that can now be seen through the window switch hole,remove the curtesy lamp lens and the screw behind it.pull the door release handle outward and pop the trim cover off from around it and remove the handle by taking out the bolt. after all this get hold at bottom of panel and lift straight up then out.
