Yes by looking at the old and new clutch disk, but the rule is this, when the friction material of the clutch disk is just worn to about flush with the brass rivets that hold friction material to the metal part of the disk the part is worn out and likely slipping.

I have 05 colorado that keeps blowing out ac fuse , already replaced ac clutch diode , didnt help.

A fuse blows when an excessive amount of current is flowing through the protected wiring. Only parts using electricity in AC are the clutch and fan. Use an ammeter to identify which is the culprit and replace defective part.

Why is the gear shifter on the 1996 ford escort shake when in 5th gear?

Often this is wear in the linkage and not a problem in the actual gear box. Often the bushings wear or elongate allowing for excessive movement. So when your driving along normal road vibrations that would otherwise be absorbed are being transmitted to the gear shifter and hence the shake you have identified.
In rare cases this is a problem with the clutch being out of alignment and in need of repair.

Clutch pedal to high is a new clutch cable required or can it be agusted manually for my honda crv 2000

Hello
When the clutch pedal gets high that means the clutch disk is worn out, as the disk thins from wear the clutch pressure plate springs move outward, that raises the pedal height. As far as a cable goes this car doesn't have one, the clutch is hydraulic, and all hydraulic clutches are self adjusting.

Hello, 1991 1.8L Jetta... hard to shift into 1st, 2nd... any sugestions? Thanks

I would check for any play with the shifter linkage under the hood, below the master cylinder. Also, check to see if the clutch cable needs adjusted, unless it has a self adjusting clutch cable. The clutch may be starting to wear out too?

Clutch goes to the floor and bleeding it dont work

Your clutch is hydraulic. So maybe your pistons went out in the clutch which means you're looking at a whole new clutch assembly, if that is the case.

If not, check ALL the linkage that the clutch rides on. Check for any signs of wear or breakage.

Clutch goes all the way down to the floor, unable ...

Does the clutch pedal offer any resistance? The clutch and brake system use the same reservoir, there is a hose coming out from the side of the reservoir that goes over to the clutch master cylinder. Sometimes the brake fluid level goes low as brake pads wear and lowers the fluid level too low to work the clutch. On the front side of the transmission, is a clutch slave cylinder, check it for leaks, if it leaks replace it. Hope this helps, let me know.

Clutch disk may have runout
1. Check the clutch disc contacting surface of the flywheel for damage and wear. Replace the flywheel if excessively damaged or worn. 2. Check the clutch disc contacting surface of the flywheel for runout. 3. Check the ring gear for damage, crack and wear, and replace if necessary.
