that is a TSB you may have a bad valve body, olso this condition may turn malfunction ligth on, or if you remove the air intake pipe
on trans there is a conector that go to trans valve body some time come lose pluged back an reset PCM if don't fixed will be the trans valve body

Keeping it simple, it sounds like either low fluid level or a blocked tranz filter. Check fluid level & condition, fluid should be red, not dirty red or black. If its dirty its likly the filter is blocked however dirty fluid usually means there's something else wrong. If the fluid is dirty looking & smells 'burnt' you have issues. Other than that it could be a sticky valve in the transmission valve body but this would require a specialist to diagnose.
