Your (PATS) Passive Anti-Theft System-has an issue.
The only way to solve it,is to connect a scanner and follow proper diagnostic testing, for your exact vehicle
Have you tried,another programmed key?
Do you have any other metal objects,on your key ring?

Fail-Safe Cooling Strategy - if an overheating issue occurs. Cyl Head Temp, low coolant, etc. Injectors are disabled to allow for cooling of heads. Should have a P1285 code set. Also Check Engine and P1299 if it continues.
Failure Mode Effects Management - if one or more sensor inputs fail or out of limits.
That said start with a code reader and see what you get.
Then a professional scanner
