I am having a multiple cylinder misfire on my 2006 Toyota RAV4 with the 3.5L V6. Every cylinder is reporting a mifire. Each cylinder has it's own coil. I highly doubt that all 6 coils went bad at once. Does anyone have any idea what my be causing this?? Is that the problem you two are having?

the cabin filter is behind glove box, open glove box an release it so it opens farther to get to filter ( should be release clips at sides of glove box)

It's in a fuel tank.
You may try to find opening for it under the rear seats or in the luggage compartment , usually round lid with bolts or screws. If nothing found then tank has to come out.
