on nissan's air vent controls, they use electronic servos already. this may entail that you havta dis assemble half of your dashboard. unless you're quite savvy in doing this and locate each servo in its separate locations in each air vent; i suggest that you bring it in to a shop.

I have a 2005 Nissan murano the a/c compressor comes on and hot air comes out the vents. Please help

Your problem is most likely caused by a jammed AC/Heater temperature control blend door and or blend door electric actuator motor. The door is stuck in the heated air position and can't move to divert the air flow across the cold AC evaporator core. In most cars this problem requires the entire dash assembly be removed to replace the parts.

Possibly the plugs either aren't connected properly or incorrectly plugged. Recheck the plugs. Also check fuses, maybe one blew while it was being plugged. The work should have been done with the battery disconnected for that reason.

Check /replace the blower motor speed control resistor pack - usually located in the blower fan ducting - in the air flow.

Control knobs on the dash do not change the route of the air from the defroster, it stays coming through there and cannot be sent to the console vents or the floor vents.

Yes vachum controls all the doors on it go to http://www.alldatadiy.com and buy a subscrption there for your car they will have all the parts location for you there, most likely the blend door vac. motor is bad.
