Question about 1990 Acura Integra Hatchback
Purchased the car recently and ran absolutely mint. i let the battery die one night and pop started it cuz i was in a rrush and drove it on a cold start and when i reached my first stop light i noticxe the car couldnt calm down and idled up to 1500 and droped. lateron on when i got outa work i let the car fully warm up and the idle came down to normal and when putting the cluch in the idle was perfect and wasnt bouncing up and down. honestly, wtf ii hate car problems if somebody can gimmie an idea thad be sickkkk!

No check engine light? You have a couple of sensors that may be causing that, coolant temperature, incoming air temperature sensor to name 2 of them. Personally I'd have it put on a scan tool & remove the guess work. Some parts places will do it for free, well as long as you buy the parts there.

suggest the first thing you do, is to pull the codes off the ECM, and go from there...more than likely it's a sensor or fuel pump relay

Sounds like a cold start valve (which is actually an additional injector in the intake to assist in cold starting) If you can get it to your local prts store while the light is on they will read the codes for free and tell you what the car thinks is amiss.
