2004 Dodge Neon has fuel coming out of exhaust. Codes are 201, 203 and 300. Coil pack, plugs and wires all changed. Bad computer?

On the fuel injector cylinder number 1 and cylinder number 3, use a noid lite on electrical connector, see if lite pulses when you crank it? If there is a pulse then voltage and ground hopefully is ok.
With everything off, you use a digital multimeter on the ohms setting, hook leads up on fuel injector itself, check the readings on all the fuel injectors, see if the reading is close on all injectors especially compared to injectors one and three.
You could swap suspected fuel injector to another cylinder, see if problem follows the fuel injector.
I don't know what testing you have done? I hate to tell you to replace this or that w/o more info?

05 h2 hummer replaced fuel pump and gauge worked for 1 day and back to reading over full again... what else can it be???? plus changed plugs and wires on hummer and still read misfire and i put in an oem...

A misfire could be caused by a bad , clogged fuel injector . A vacuum leak . How are you reading a misfire ? A code ? A dirty mass air flow sensor can cause misfires . Low fuel pressure ,clogged fuel filter . When you replaced the fuel pump did you replace the ceramic sending unit resistor card with a new one ?
Fuel Gage
The IPC displays the fuel level as determined by the PCM- engine computer. The IPC -instrument panel cluster receives a class 2 message from the PCM indicating the fuel level percent. The fuel gage defaults to empty if:
?€¢
The PCM detects a malfunction in the fuel level sensor circuit.

?€¢
The IPC detects a loss of class 2 communications with the PCM.

When the fuel level is less than a pre-determined value, the low fuel indicator illuminates.
Reviewing the fuel system description will further explain how the system functions. Refer to Fuel System Description .
Do you know about class 2 serial data communication .

I have a 89 mercury tracer.. the fuel injectors were bad, but when i replaced fuel injectors, car starts but then dies. will not stay idle.

I do not know what you did or did not do. Did you possibly get the wiring mixed up? Did you have new seals and lubricate them as you seated them? Are they the correct injectors. It could also be a fuel pressure problem. Why did you replace the injectors? Did the car run okay before?

Do you have to replace all fuel injectors

How do you know it's not just a plug, change them first and if it persists then change the faulty injector

Using to much fuel and running rough

How about the spider injector that might be the reason your vehicle is running rough and using up tp much fuel. The fuel regulator is part of the spider injector and it costs about $40. or $ 50. but if the injectors are bad then you will have to replace the spider injector, which will cost you $200. or less. From my own experience dont jujust change the fuel regulator and then have to buy the spider injector. It is best to make sure that it is not the injectors also. The fuel regulator is know to go bad on 95 GMC Jimmy believe me I have had to replace many other parts because of the spider injector.

Good luck

How do you know if the fuel injector is bad or the fuel pump is bad? I have a Chevy s-10 2.5 L 4 cyl. Pickup, there is no fuel getting into throttle body, Ican hear the fuel pump working when I turn on the...

Hello there:
To be totally truthfull with you i would first have the fuel filter changed to ensure that the fuel pump can do its job properly than if you want to know if the injectors are working the vehical needs to be running then go to each injector and pull the wire from the injector if the engine starts to shake or make a totaqlly different sound than you know this injector is working HOWEVER if there is no change in the way the engine runs than you have a bad injector or the wiring going to that injector is faulty ok>
I dont think that you pump is bad they rarly will not run at all if they are bad they either work or do not work but you can always take the outlet side hose off and get a large container and to catch the fuel in than have sombody turn the key to the on position and see if you are getting good flow but if it looks weak and barly coming out than yes replace the pump ok?
Hope this is very helpful for you.
Best regards mike

Serious miss, almost like dropped cylinder, No

I don't know what year your ford is but most of them have the injectors mounted externally. There not bad at all to do. Vehicle off, release fuel-line pressure, remove the bolts holding down fuel rail, pull the injector/s out of the head, lap injector o-ring with motor oil, install new injector/s into head. lap top o-ring with motor oil, install fuel rail, start vehicle, and check for leaks. If you are only replacing a few injectors do buy new injector o-rings for the other injectors. You will not be able to push the fuel-rail back onto the injectors without replacing them (they will be swolen).

Ford-F350 7.3 turbo sluggish when you accelerate

i dont know about the turbo going bad,but i do know that ive seen 7.3 diesel have bad injectors, usually 2 at a time, check for fuel at the injector which can get messy so wear protective gear such as goggles and gloves, while running crack open the fuel line at the injector to see if there is fuel,it should run rough which is good on the working cylinders,if it doesnt change then maybe a bad injector,or not enough fuel pressure at that injector.injection pump issues are another thing, but most likely its an injector.
