When I replaced battery my MPT1340 alarm armed it will not disarm either by key or remote

by removing the battery it is possible to corrupt the CPU program where the alarm is located. Constant removing of the lead fixes it immediately but not the corrupted program. Try using a scanner to reset the program.

If you can start the car there's an easy way to tell. Before you start the car loosen the positive battery cable to the point that you can easily remove it but it is till in solid contact with the battery post.
Start the car then remove the loosened battery cable. If the car keeps running your alternator is working but if the idle drops or the engine stops then your alternator is not putting out enough power to run the engine and needs to be replaced.
Either way, loosely replace the battery cable so you don't lose stereo presets, etc then turn off the car and tighten the battery cable and replace whichever component needs replaced, battery or alternator.
Also take a moment to inspect the battery posts and cable terminals and clean if necessary.

If you havent replaced the battery I would start there. If the battery has a dead cell in it then it will effectively remove the charge that your alternator is putting out causing your vehicle to stop running because it has no power. I would jump start the car without the battery hook up and remove the cables and see if it runs that way. If it does you have a bad battery.

Car wont start

First remove and clean battery terminals with a battery post/terminal cleaning tool purchased at an auto parts store. Be sure to wear safety glasses when working on batteries if car still won't start after cleaning the batteries connections remove the battery bring it to a advance auto parts store where they will check the battery to see if it needs replacing. If the battery is good and the connections are clean and tight and the car still won't start replace the starter.

Check guages light comes on after short drive while engine is running, and the car died while driving on I-95 the lights started flickering getting dimmer. the radio would turn off when anything else...

It sounds like the Alternator is actually bad.
One great way to determine this:
Recharge the new battery with a trickle charge overnight. Make sure use remove the wires going to the Battery before recharging.
Replace the Battery Wires.
Get the Vehicle Started.
When it has Started: Leave it Running and Disconnect and Remove the Negative side of the Battery. If the Vehicle dies, it is the Alternator that is bad, and needs to be replaced..
The Battery starts that vehicle, and provides nominal power to certain accessories. The Alternator actual Runs the Engine and Recharges the Battery with a low trickled charge.
