I thick it is a idler pulley. Can you give me details on how to remove and replace
Squealing from these belts usually indicates just that it is not tight enough. Try adjusting the tension up a bit before going further.

there should be one on the underside of your hood but if not send me your email and i can scan the diagram for you if i can find it in one of my repair wanuals sometimes it is just the air conditioner tensinor
