Question about 2003 Hyundai Tiburon
If you have low oil pressure you should have a waring light or message, the engine will become noisy and if it is not repaired very soon you will here first a loud tapping noise then a loud knocking deep in the engine, and finally the engine will worst case blow up and parts may come out the bottom through the oil pan. Never drive any car that shows a low oil pressure warning light or message, stop the engine right away and have it checked by a shop.

SOURCE: Oil type
Read your owner's manual. If not.
Proper engine oil selection is very important for optimum engine performance, efficiency and durability. A new service API classification category has been adopted. The designation for this category is "SH". The "SH" category is intended to replace the "SG"category and provide improved performance in: deposit control, oil oxidation, wear, rust, and corrosion protection. "SH" category oils may be used in applications where "SG" and earlier categories are recommended. The appropriate SAE viscosity grade depends on existing climatic conditions. Refer to the temperature chart below when selecting viscosity grades for expected temperature ranges. Brief variations in temperature are no cause for alarm. Lubricants that do not list both an SAE grade number and an API service classification on the container should not be used.

You will find the second fuse box on the right hand side of the steering wheel (australian - left hand side if in america) located underneath the power "mirrors" button. Follow the side power "mirrors" button down until you reach a false wall, unfasten this. another word for this is the "fascia"
Hope this helps

With the motor cold, I would remove the drive belt and try to turn the water pump pulley by hand. It should move freely and only make a gurgling noise like water moving inside the motor but should not make any metal on metal noise if it's working properly. This is likely your cause. The water will only weap out of the pump when the shaft of the pump is turning thus the intermmittent leak when you park.
Also the radiator cap was probably removed to perform the leak check but you have to inspect the radiator cap itself. If the o-rings in the cap are worn you could lose pressure in the system and even though you might not see the liquid coming from the cap it could be shooting out through a rubber hose near the cap. If the water pump checks out I would try a new radiator cap.

Testimonial: "You sounds very knowledgable. I would not know how to check the water pump. The radiator cap has been replaced but that's was not it. Thank you so muc"
