Question about 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII
My 1998 Mark 8 drove fine last nite went to start it today n it wont start just clicks and reads check traction control, Looked in the book n says total traction control system shut down. What do i do?
The car should still start even with somthing wrong with the traction control. sounds like you have a dead battery. i would check it first. and if battery is dead charge it and start the car then take it to your local advance auto and have the altinator checked thay do it for free. if a charged battery dont start the car then you may have a bad starter. again the traction control light will not keep the car fromk starting
