If the fuses are OK, I suggest take off the trim panel door and check voltage from/at power windoes motor.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

SOURCE: 1989 ford mustang power window will not go down

check the pwer switch. if you don't detect any sign of live. then you have to open the door panel to check the motor. most likely the motor or the "T" rail cable is broken.

Sounds like Smart Junction Box is defective. It's common on that gen mustang and causes alot of odd problems. Make sure there's no water leaking onto it.

2007 ford mustang convertible wont work. Fuses are good, if I push the button the windows roll down and wont go back up.

probably the switches need replacing. converibles have the weathering problem, because they are subject to harsh climate conditions when top down driving.

89 ford bronco driver and passenger power windows roll down but wont roll up with out help they just sit thier and make a jerking motion up and down in the same spot

likely is an issue with the motor itself, or could possibly be due to dirt/rust in the way on the track. best to take the forward window panel out and check if it is blocking the way otherwise replace the power window motor.

Radio and electric windows inop

Sounds like the water really screwed up the wiring harness and controls for the windows. Take inner door panel off and check wires for rust same thing with the window controls. radio and speakers you will have to do the same thing. All so check the fuses boxes for rust ones under the dash and ones in the engine compartment. You might have to replace most of the relays under the hood.

Try to only roll one at a time up or down if you push more than 1 button at a time it will put a strain on the battery also try getting your battery tested to see if a cell is out. good luck!
