Question about 1987 Nissan Pathfinder
HI thank for help with fuel problem it was the fuel pump.but now its my headlight I get power to one side but not the other I check it with light tester and the light is low when i turn on hi beams i get good power but
the light on the other side goes off light bulb are ok fuse inside truck is ok
can you help me again please thank you
Have you check the ground on that side of the light. it could be not properly grounded.
if there is no good ground, what would happen is that one bulb would become a ground for the other to light low where as the other one would not light anymore.
tnx again 4 using fixya,

SOURCE: headlight low beam
Test to see if you have voltage at the bulb connector in low beam position. I'd almost bet that if there is no voltage there for the low beams that you have a bad high/low switch.
