From inside the van you should be able to remove the trim panel from the door, most are held by a couple screws, and built in clips, the panel should pull off allowing you access to the release mechanism.

the voltage regulator is built into the altenator if the vehicle runs fine after jumping it it may be the battery or a bad connection at battery there may also be a draw on the battery

you will have to take off the coil packs and move them out of the way. then go in from the top. its kinda tight but just move whatever else is in the way

hi thee the easiest way to get these is call the dealer and go in you will have to prove that you own the vehicle
from the vehicle vin number they can get you a new set of keys
i have done this personnely

ignition switch not lock cylinder may need to be addjusted it's on top side of steering column under dash
