Question about 1991 Chevrolet Lumina
The spark plugs are stuck and cannot get them out. Some say it's so corroded that they have to be worked free. What do i do?
Drive car till normal temp is reached. loosen all plugs quickly, but carefully, by spraying the base of each plug with a water bottle. this should release the threads enough to unstick the plugs.

Check that you're getting spark to your plugs and fuel to your injectors. If so, my first guess would be to check your timing belt.

SOURCE: how do I remove & replace radiator on 1991 Lumina?
GM Lumina/Grand Prix/Cutlass Supreme/Regal
1988-1996
Radiator - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
CAUTION
When draining the coolant, keep in mind that cats and dogs are
attracted by ethylene glycol antifreeze, and are quite likely to drink
any that is left in an uncovered container or inPuddles on the ground.
This will prove fatal in sufficient quantity. Always drain the coolant
into a sealable container. Coolant should be reused unless it is
contaminated or several years old. To avoid being burned, do NOT remove
the thermostat housing cap while the engine is at normal operating
temperature. The cooling system will release scalding fluid and steam
under pressure if the cap is removed while the engine is still hot.
To prevent shearing of the rubber bushing, loosen the bolts on the
engine strut before swinging the struts.
To install:
If a new radiator is being used, transfer all necessary fittings from
the old radiator to the new one.
Hope helps with this (remember comment and rated this).

When i try to unscrew the plugs the socket just keeps turning and doesn't grip the plugs. Hence cannot get them out.
