My ac is not working in my 93 buick lesare my father thinks it might be the low pressure sensor when he tested it there was no power coming out

you can jump the compressor with a paper clip bent into a u shape to see if it willl run if your refrigerant is gone, jump it at the low pressure switch across the wiring harness.

sounds like a computer issue on the burb, but i would check the IAC(idle air control) valve and the TPS(throttle position sensor) first.
I would start with the IAC on the 93'.

Transmission slipping--disconnected and reconnected sylinoid and woks again but for how long??

theres a good chance that,if the tranny wasnt serviced often enough the filter and the fluid wasnt any good. so possibly with the new parts and new filter and fluid,it should extend the life alot
