Question about 2001 Dodge Neon
My neon isn't getting spark i have replaced the camshaft sensor, crank sensor, coil i'm thinking it could be the knock sensor not sure i thought it was the pcm but not sure of that either
Check your asd rellay and if that one is good then Replace ecm thats your problem, your computer is fried thats why you dont have any spark and fuel.

SOURCE: Cam Shaft Sensor Problems
Had the same problem before on my 04 Neon SXT...camshaft sensor is on left side of engine block, take out the battery and to the left of it (face car) is the camshaft position sensor. To change it you'll have to move a few hoses but its plan to see there on the left side of the engine...pretty easy remove and replace. Fixed my problem of car not going above 2k RPM when i replaced the sensor.
