Question about 2007 Dodge Ram Truck

In Dash fan not working

My in dash fan went out 230 miles out of warranty on my 07 Ram 1500. How do you access it to change it out? I want to trade this truck in, but have to fix this first.

You will have to remove much of the panels and dashboard to fix it. do not pry anything hard. Gently try to coax it off. But first check for screws or clips. Starting from the place closest to the switch look for access through under the dash first. if that does not work, then you will have to remove some parts.

Where is the fuse box on a,98 Dodge RAM 1500


Leonard, interior fuse panel is open drivers door, at the end of dash driver side behind a small interior access panel, under hood fuse/relay center(box) is beside battery on inner fender.

I am shocked that the dealer cant fix it, even after warranty. But it sounds like a switch/sensor on the transfer case, or the 4x4 is engaged, and the computer hasnt relayed it to your dash. Can you feel the 4x4 engage? You should be able to.

A/C is blowing but little air is coming out


Remove the blower motor to see if the recirc door broke off and is laying over the blower cage. a common problem for 06 and 07.

did u look at the fuses under the hood there might be one there other than that sounds like you wiring went bad or the part of your switch is bad replace the switch

remove the connecter with the bolt in it underhood at the fuse center, clean really good spray some contct cleaner in it then some dielectric grease before reinstalling
