Question about 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier
Lets go back to the old days i change my engine did a good job i thought but auto zone says my check engine wires were cut I know the engines ok smoged fine
Take it to a shop and have it scanned to find out what the problem is. Your cars computer gets input from sensors, if something is wrong or out of spec the light comes on. You should fix the problem right not just disconnect the light. I wouldn't go back to auto zone they sound like idiots!
