Have the ball joints checked or the wheel bearings for excessive play and repair as necessary.

SOURCE: Front wheel seems about to fall off

could be a cv joint or ball joint ... jack up the vehicle... grab the wheel in the 9 and 3 position and see if you can move the wheel side to side.... tie rod if you can... then grab the wheel at the noon and 6 position... try to move the wheel up and down.... ball joint if there is much play in it.

CV joint quick test is just to go into an empty parking lot and turn the wheel all the way to the right and drive slowly... hear a ticking noise... then the left and listen for a ticking noise.

if this is a throttle body motor which probably is check for vacuum leak were the throttle body bolts on to the intake .the gaskets go bad after awhile .or listen to here a hissing sound try to locate and you might find a vacuum leak there.

SOURCE: I have a 1997 GMC Sierra.

Align the truck, sound like the camber is out of adjustment the upper control arm is holding it out too much, or your lower ball joint is messed up and lets it tuck in. The tie rods on that truck have nothing to do with it. Ball joints are like 40 bucks each for a good one, and an alignment is like 50. Is this a 4wd truck? If you have torsion bars make sure they are not too tight, when you hit dips its gonna distort the tire to the ground.

What is causing my right front tire to lean inwards at the top

Usually if the tire is leaning noticeably, it's a bad ball joint or radial arm bushing.

On my 2000 sierra the front passenger tire leans inward on the top n there is no brakes what can it all be

did you hit a curb or pot hole on that side? this can cause the leaning wheel. also if the camber shim or adjustment is loose will cause it also. no brakes sounds like a brake fluid leak if you talking about the same side or if its both sides it could be the master cylinder.

Front passenger wheel leaning on 98 expedition

This is most likely a ball joint problem. If you can, jack that tire up in the air and see if you can move the whole tire in and out from the top. Try to see if there is movement in the ball joints while you move the tire. If that is not the problem, it could be a wheel bearing, but i would check the ball joints first. Hope this helps.

Why does my front passenger tire lean outwards at the bottom and inwards at the top?

The most common problem would be a bad lower ball joint. It could also be bad control arm bushings or a combination of the two. Neither is an expensive repair. This should be checked out and repaired soon as it could cause control issues. Hope this helps.

Front left wheel has ''broken loose'' from the front end.

From your description, it sounds as if the lower ball joint is broken. I'm not there to see it, or i would give you an exact diagnosis. Chances are, whatever the issue is, you will be able to repair it yourself.
