Question about 2000 Buick Regal
When I turn on the wipers, the driver side wiper will get delayed for a split second and gets caught under the passenger wiper. What should I do to fix this?
You can unscrew the base of the blade and raise it a couple notches. There's a cap at the base which pops open and you will find the loosening screw there. Loosen it enough to pull the entire assembly out and you will see grooves on which you can set the wiper to rest a bit higher than it was before.

remove cowling under hood to expose wiper motor linkage. You have to try it many times but the linkage may not be attached in the correct arc position. Trial by error.
