SOURCE: 2002 Nissan Altima won't start
it depends on where you live. if it is cold, the battery will be drained by the morning. try replacing the battery and cleaning the cables and clamps. It also depends on how long you have had the battery. If the known good battery does not work you have an alternator problem. it is not charging the battery. But that chance is slim since you started the car the previous night. If you can start the car, you can check the alternator by placing a long screwdriver at the back being careful not to touch any positive cables, and placing the screwdriver right in the middle of the alternator where the bushing is at. ( a little rise on the back) and if you feel a magnetic pull your alternator is good. If you don't it is bad. Be very careful doing this . But it is totally up to you to try it.

There is a cable that attaches to the inside door latch release handle. The plastic that retains this cable is most likely broken. I have seen this before. If the retainer is not holding the cable sheath correctly, the entire cable moves when the handle is pulled and does not release the door latch.
Remove the door panel and inspect this cable. You will see 2 cables (one is for the door lock). If the plastic is broken, you will need a new interior handle assembly.
Hope this is helpful!!

you have to remove the bulbs from inside of the hood in the engine compartment. in some cars you have to remove some "pins' and remove the entire headlight assembly.. You then remove the holder where the lightbulb is located and replace the bulb.
