if the right side blinks normal, the flasher MAY be OK?? do the hazard lights flash all lights?it should. make sure you have all the correct bulbs. if so, replace the flasher unit. if the right side works turn it on and follow the ticking to find th eunit.

The Right Turn Signal comes on, but doesn't blink on my 95 Buick Park Ave. I have a State Inspection coming up and need to get it fixed by this weekend.

It sounds like one of the signal lights is out. The best way to find out is to turn the hazards on and check if they blink. If they do then you might need a turn signal relay.

Good Luck

99 park avenue turn right side turn signals inop does it have a relay and were is it located

If the left side still works, its not the blinker relay, the thing you hear ticking. Both left and right signals go through the same signal stat. Turn on your hazard flashers and make sure the bulbs on both the left and right side come on. If the do, you may have a problem with the turn signal switch on the steering column itself. If only the left comes on, it could be bad bulbs on the right side or a wiring issue. Wiring issues are more rare on Park Aves.

You need a blower control module ... located under the relays and fuses on the firewall.

They run about $150.
