First soak the hell out of it with penetrating oil, measure the diameter of the hole and go down to a parts store and ask for an "easy out" just tell them the diameter of the hole and they will give you the right one. the way they work is easy, just drill a small hole into the center of the stuck bolt tap in the easy out and slowley turn it out, try applying heat as you do this. also if there is any threads poking out of the hole you can "double nut" it to get it out pretty much you just thread on two nuts then with an end wrench turn the top nut clockwise and the bottom nut counterclockwise to remove it. if theres not enough room for two but there is for one you can either put red threadlocker on a bolt, run it down then give it time to set and try turning it out. or run down a nut and then tack weld it into place then turn it out.
