Question about 1992 Chevrolet Camaro
Take a pair of pliers and pull on the cable if u can get to it..Or..once u get it opened.. Take the latch off from under the hood... put in hood pins... they are easier to access... and they look cool too!

The best way is diffucult u climb undr the vehicale and remove all u can to get to the latch or the end of the cable a long screw driver is best to pry open the latch it is difficult
