That's exactly what I had in mind but not sure what kind of glue should I use. Can you be a bit more specific and name some glues I could use? Thanks

I have a couple of potential answers, although I confess I have not actually tried either.

First, take the ceiling fabric off completely, and simply replace it with a similar fabric, keeping in mind esthetics, thickness, the dimensions of the ceiling, etc.

Secondly, my windshield is cracked , and I am sure moisture has seeped into the cabin, and is now trapped between the fine layer of fabric, and the foam that is underneath it. So obviously, in this case, a windshield repair is in order to prevent further moisture from entering.

Get some moderate adhesive (wood glue (NOT ELMERS!) etc.)  and a syringe.  quick and easy.  a syringe can usually be purchased at any pharmacy, although some will refuse sale.

Saggy head liner in my 04 crossfire. Is it a dyi project or should I go to an auto shop and what is a reasonable charge?

Unless you are skilled at fitting and tailoring upholstery it would be best to take it to a professional automotive upholsterer. Otherwise, it would look quite obvious it was an dyi job.

Removable top

Pull the roof liner down. Unfortunately, you may have to tear it down and damage it, but unless you get the liner down you won't be able to see the problem.

Another possible solution, put a floor jack under the middle of the drivers side door opening and open both doors. Lift slightly, and see if it loosens the latch up. Some del Sol's get a little "saggy" in the middle after a few years.

Saggy interior roof fabric

The only real way to do this right is to remove the headliner. That is the ceiling piece. Once it is sagging it needs to be replaced or restretched. The way you do this is to remove all of the trim around the top, the roof console you have showing, the visors, dome lights, vents and anything else that is holding this on. What I did is remove it myself and have a professional replace the fabric and then I put it back in myself. Worked out great and over all saved me about $700.00. He charged me 170 to put on the new fabric which included the cost. If you move forward with doing this yourself I can give you a couple of tips.

I have a 03 chevy s10 it wont start it sounds like it wants to. i changed the fuel pump and filter but it still wont start do you have any sugestions

Try to check the battery, jump starting it will do just fine.

Also ensure that your battery charges when using the car, also look at the terminal heads over the battery too, to see that it is not saggy.

Take care

The 1996 Jaguar headliner is sagging in the rear of the car. How do I repair the sag?

The problem is that the foam that is glued to the fabric. It becomes crumbly and disintegrates into messy little bits that get into your hair and all over your car's interior. Trying to spray glue, while the headliner is still up there, won't work for long. The foam will keep crumbling and glue won't stick to it. It's sort of like trying to glue some cloth to the ground. No way will it stick.

There is a temporary fix on the do-it-yourself aisles in the automotive weekend warrior stores. It is a product that has a little curly cue, and a clear plastic head. The product is called a "Saggy Stopper". The clear head blends in with your headliner's color. It looks promising for a temporary fix.

93 Cutlass Supreme convertibles driver door is sagging. I tried to tighten up the door hinges and it didn't help. What is the way to fix a saggy door with these long 2 door cars?

Make sure that the hinge pins are not worn. If they are OK, add a few shims or if you have a slide adjustment move it back at the bottom, or forward at top (slides only)

Saggy car ceiling

I've heard a lot of good things about Sobo, might have to use a pretty large syringe for it though.  Remember that your best fix will be a full out professional repair (removing the headliner, sanding, etc.)  But if you want a quick and easy fix I would recommend Sobo, just make sure you get the glue where it needs to go (the headliner will have several layers that may separate).  Best of luck!
