the fuse panel is usually on the drivers side as you open the door ..look on the side of the dash also there are 2 fuse relays for i believe the blower motor in the glove box .
however as well the wires between the doors can over time become worn and often a break within the rubber boot inside the rubber boot at the door and the jamb is this area of iisue

Yeah, The fuel pump can go bad . The normal warranty on the pump is 12 months or 12,000 miles. This is very rare . I would check if the fuel pump had a lifetime warranty.
I would also check the ignition switch, and all the fuses to make sure the fuel pump is the failure.

The HVAC may need to be reset. Set all HVAC controls to off or fully CCW position, then disconnect the battery for at least 10 minutes. Reconnect battery and don't touch any HVAC functions for another 10 minutes, see if that helps.
