It wouldnt be a fuse if the blower motor is still working.... it would have to do with your heating and cooling system itself.

SOURCE: heated rear window of a renault laguna is not working

hi.disconnect both sides of heated element on rear screen.connect a wire on one side and the other side maybe using a spade connector.connect one side to a 12v car battery same with the other.may get a slight spark.leave on and see if screen gets hot.better when mist is on screen to see working.if it doesmt demist more than likely screen needs replacing.try a electric meter connected on screen.should be lowish resistance.also try connecting a volt meter to the screen heater connections you taken off lead one side and same with other.set meter to volts normally 20v setting.put key in car switch one rear screen .voltage should read on meter.about 12v.if not switch may be faulty or heated screen relay.hope this helps

SOURCE: My open bonnet does not work properly.

Is the cable connecting the the hood release (inside the car) to the hood latch broken?
If you can see where it broke, you can take a pair of pliers and pull the cable. You can see if you can trace the cable which will run inside your fender wall.

Lastly, you may need to get at the latch through the grill

Heater fan not working

Smack it and see if it comes on. If it does then the motor brushes are bad. If it does not come on, check the fuses. If the fuses are ok, check the voltage on the plug to the motor.

Blowers not working on 05 renault laguna

are the fuses numbered? are they behind a door on fuse box? if so, they should have coresponding numbers from back of door to fuse in box. if not than your only recorse is to pull one fuse at a time and chk. each one. make sure you only do one at a time so you donot get them in the wrong place. good luck.

My car heating does not work & I need a fuse box diagram

i do not have a diagram for the fuse layout however
looking at your fuse box pull ONE fuse out at a time and check that they are not blown they should have a link in the plastic if there is no link then it is blown most cars have the radio and cigarette lighter linked together and this is normally about 10-15 amps.
there is also a fuse for you heater controls however this normally stops the fan "blower" from operating if your temperature control is electric then the motor that moves the arm to mix cool and hot air flow may be damaged
hope this has helped
