Just about any body shop should have a "unibody diagram" with their frame equipment.

try Auto Body REpair manuals at 800-382-1200 they sell frame books and you might be able to get a diagram for a particular model if you ask.
Otherwise contact you local alignment shop and he may be able to set you up with a contact.
Can you tell me specifically what you need to find.

If the metal plate that fell off the underside of the car is not effecting the running, or handling of the car consider it to be optional and take it the rest of the way off. It;s probably a heat shield to splash shield of some sort.
If it is a heavy metal plate and the Vitara is 4wd it could be a skid plate to protect the engine oil pan while off roading, again if you don't go off road on the way to work it is optional take it off.

Vitara how to blank off egr valve

Just remove the valve from the engine, two bolts on most and use a piece of brass shim stock (available from auto parts stores like NAPA) and cut a block off gasket to go under the valve. Use the old gasket as a template but of course don't cut the hole that exhaust gas goes through in the shim stock. The shim stock comes in various thicknesses so ask the parts counter person which would work best, around .006" should be fine as far as thickness goes. You can also use a soda can for the metal, but it may not last very long.

Has no power

The turbo unit may have bad bearings and is ineffective. Check the throttle plate to verify that it opens all the way when the pedal is pushed down.
