never worked on a hummer but rule of the day is that there always is a drain on the firewall on the engine side. usually a small rubber hose about two inches long direced downward. Usually you can stick your finger in there and clear it out. Don't shove anything hard into it or you can punch a hole in the evaporator core.

for what i had experienced is to change the fuel sender unit and speedometer gauge and recalibrate the IPC to the latest calibration.

if it is the factory alarm you will have to do a relearn. G.M. uses a couple different ways to do the relearn and I would think it would be the same for hummer. turn off all acc and then turn the key to the on position wait 10 minutes you will see the light on the dash flash and go out . asap turn the key to off to on 3 times quickly and the third time leave it on on again do this 3 times for 30 minutes then after the final turning of the key 3 times on the 4th time start the car. so turn off all acc like radio , a/c ect then turn key to on in 10 minutes the light on dash will flash and go out quickly turn key from off to on 3 times and once again leave on on do that 3x for 30 minutes then start the car. that is the gm relearn for security they have one on some models that start after 10 minutes but that is usualy on the cheaper cars so just do the 30 minute.

I have the same vehicle and was able to remove mine with the following steps: 1) remove light behind each rear of luggage rack rail using phillips screwdriver (one screw each side). 2) remove molding underneath each light using T20 torx driver (2 screws each side). 3) Loosen cross rails nobs. 4) Side cross rails off of roof.
