SOURCE: 1995 mercury sable...tail lights, dome

you might need a new battery or you could possibly have a ground problem...check the connections to your battery, you may need to fix the cables. i had that problem with my 1996 sable.

1993 Mercury Sable Wagon, 3.0 with several electrical problems.

Sounds to me like a switch problem The master window switch should be checked. Also check the door switches to see if they are getting voltage. Could also be bad window motors. Tests need to be done. Is there power to the power seat switch?

2001 Mercury Sable - Radio Issue

this is not strange at all, the problem is the symptom of a defective antenna or the antenna ground to the chassis sheet metal of the car, also the coax to the radio can be defective.

2004 Mercury Sable, Want access to antenna plug in back of radio

The control panel is held in by 4 internal clips which are inside the four holes at the edges of the panel. Take 2 pieces of coat hanger and bend them into a U-shape and insert one into the two holes on the left, and the other into the two holes on the right. About 1-1/2 inches until you feel the clips release. Using the hangers like handles, sort of push outwards on each one and pull the panel towards you. There are electrical connectors and vacuum connectors back there, so don't go crazy. Disconnect them depending on what you're doing. When you put it back in, make sure the rear support engages the support rail in there, and make sure the clips snap in place

Radio Wiring Help

Never heard of that, Just saw a switch like that on a Honda accord. Raised it and lower whenever you wanted. If you got an aftermarket radio, connect a switch between the Antenna power wire and the receiver antenna power of the radio, you can get the switch at radio shack. A 3-way jump switch should be your option.

Antena does not raise: 2002 Sequoia limited

i think at the back of the radio is a blue with white stripe wire that could be labeled power antenna. test it if it has a 12 v positive as you turn the radio on. if there is, then the problem is in the antenna. if there is none then the problem is in the radio. there could be a fuse at the wire as it comes out of the radio to the antenna.

i hope i was able to solve your problem. please rate me. tnx. drcool299
