Question about 1998 Honda Accord
Turn signals work but indicator lights do not when i put on the turn signals, but they do work when i put on the hazards
I think its the indicator relay under the bonnet in with the fuse box

SOURCE: 2000 Accord turn signal problem
either the front or the rear turn signal bulb is blown, that is why the flash frequency is high. replace the bulb and the problem will be solved. best to replace both the front and rear turn signal bulbs. good luck.

u must remove the center console....remove the ashtray..(pull it ) remove the plastic trim piece around the shifter , should just pop off ,,,held on by clips...u will see 2 phillips screws under that piece., the 2 screws that secure the trim panel that ur hazard switch is attached to.....remove those screws and gently pull the panel off , u may have to unplug the clock and otherm necessary connectors includeing the hazard switch connector to remove the panel..u should be able to remove the switch with a screwdriver..reinstall everything back the way u took it off...be sure to plug the cig lighter back in...
