No your problem needs to be looked at by lifting vehicle up on 4 poster and a big bar to check all the ball joints ,i suspect the antiroll bar bushes but without a good look i wouldnt like to say but its a self inflicted injury caused by going over sleeping policeman too fast .changing the shock absorbers will only cause the vehicle to fail its yearly mechanical inspection as its not original and the heavier equipment might not appear on the certificate of homoglonation issued for this vehicle

Mazda bt50 problems

If the wheel alignment has been done correctly and the front end suspension has been check out including steering rod ends then the only other item spinning that may cause a problem will be warped disc rotors and brake calipres stiff on the mount pins. I would have a brake shop check the rotors for true and the sliding operation of the calipers.

Vehicle violently vibrates when hitting a small bump or hole at times. Trying to slow down the car only makes it worse during these episodes and steering is very difficult. What can cause this

Check out the 'front end' at a garage to do a thorough shake down of components such as springs, tie rod ends, ball joints, shock absorbers, steering rods, bearings, etc.
