Question about 1996 Plymouth Voyager
I cant find the horn ..where is it located?
It's in front of the drivers front wheel. Pull back the inner fender and you should see them. If the horn is not working and possibly the cruise as well as an illuminated airbag light, then the clock spring behind the steering wheel is the usual problem.
