before you get into any real big expense look into the frame on the drivers side of the door that is where the fuel filter is located also look under the hood and check out the fuel pump relay the lid on the fuse box should tell you which one it is also go to Walmart and get a bottle of STP gas treatment because you have water in the gas as well

try autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you

How to Replace a Throttle Position Sensor

1. Throttle Position Sensor - $ 55.44
1. Scan Tool
1. Locate the OBD data link connector (DLC). Refer to your owner’s manual for the specific location.
3. Plug your scan tool into the OBD data link connector. Turn on the scan tool and select the appropriate steps to read the diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
Removing sensor mounting screws
8. Install the new throttle position sensor. Tighten the mounting screws and attach the electrical connector.

it should be the sensor closest to the throttle linikage end right where it inters the carb what i would do is get on a parts store site and look it up it will show you what it looks like and there you go good luck if you need more help let me know

You only need general tools. It is located beside the throttle body. It would be much easier to take off the throttle body first.
