My car is a ford fusion and it blow white smoke from the tail pipe of the car. can I fix it or do I need a new or used motor

check the level of coolant if really low possible chance ur head gasket is blown white smoke steam is your engine burning coolant aslo check oil if milky looking thats coolant mixing with the oil which is very bad for the bearings but if the steam is only short time that would be condensation which is normal but long intervals or hole time driving after warm up look towards head gasket replacing the gasket or head is cheaper than rebuilt or new replacement

White smoke coming out tail pipe

That might be steam, check to see if you are loosing coolant if is loosing coolant but it doesn't leak onto the ground you could have a bad head gasket. It doesn't do it with the clutch in because there is no load on the engine.

I would check the exhaust pipe a little closewr. White smoke can also mean a blown head gasket. Check the tail pipe to see if moisture is present. Also check coolant level. A blown head gasket can also cause related problems.
