This could be a number of things but i think that your problem sounds like a vacuum leak or an EGR problem. Try listening for leaks and try un-plugging the EGR solenoid valve one time.

What wire do I connect to so my fuel injectors will work As I am bypassing the VATS system on a 86 Corvette

Might be a problem there, as the injectors have a power wire from the fuse block, always hot in run or start, and this is independent of any vats control- anytime the key is in on or start the power circuit side is hot. It's the negative from the injectors that go straight into the engine computer to be grounded at intervals for injector pulsing, this is where you have the problem. The computer won't work until it gets an all clear signal from the alarm module. Do some research on how to splice in a resistor pack from ignition key to alarm module. There's lots of videos and information about it. It tricks the module into thinking the right key chip has been inserted, so it sends the all clear signal to the pcm (or ecm, considering this is an '86). If you want to totally do away with the alarm module-the most expensive part of the vats system, google newrockies. They had a package deal for about $200, last time I checked.

How to bypass a cars alarm!

first things first... locate the alarms main module. you may have to remove the kick panel under the steering wheel to find it. next remove the cover to the ignition switch, find out which wire(s) are coming from the ignition switch and going into the alarm system, they will be spliced into the box using usually a quick connector or wire nut. take note of the wires colors coming directly from the ignition switch, remove the wire(s) from the alarm box and set aside... Next locate the wires going FROM the alarm box to wires that correspond to the colors of the ones you disconnected, and connect them together back how it was originally. here is a picture i drew on paint to help understand:825be12.jpg

Hi I got a Toyota corolla 160i gle and it was parked very long so wen i started it wen ideling no smoke BT wen hit da fuel it smokes and on take off BT wen driving it does nt smoke

Generally, it may smoke on startup for a few seconds then quit and seem to run fine, then you hit the gas and it smokes again, so Is it white smoke gray smoke or blue smoke? Because IMO it's either a bad head gasket, bad valve guides, rings are going bad ot dumping to much fuel into carb or injectors.

My toyota tazz 1300, 1999. wont start in the morning unless i give it a bit of accelerator but during the day it starts perfectly. Another problem it gives me, the engine is over heating very fast eve

Cold starting used to need a control on the car called a choke. Modern cars have a modern equivalent. It could be that when the engine is cold from being unused overnight it has a build up on the injectors and the extra push of fuel from the accelerator is helping overcome this issue.
At any auto store or garage, you can find fuel additives to clean the injectors and fuel system, in the UK we have Redex that does the job.
Find something similar, run it through your fuel and you should find the issue is better.

there is no carb. in modern cars, unless...

what country are you in, cabs ended in 2006 in far from USA countries.
so that you? in S.Africa or some small Island in the Pacific running JDM cars?
quote, this you?
A facelifted version of the sixth-generation five-door hatchback was made in South Africa as an entry-level model called the Toyota Tazz from 1996 until July 5, 2006. The Tazz was offered as 130, and 160i. It was also sold as a panel van called the Carri. [4]
end quote.

why not post photo of engine.
or get the FSM on this car, factory service manual, at Toyota.
it covers all THAT.
if not a carb, you cant tune it, like a carb , you fix it.

my first idea> give it a tuneup, new spark plugs, filters.

My VW Mk1 1.4i 2008 over fueling and does not idle... whats could be wrong?

Hi.
If your fuel pressure is good, timing is good, and compression is good, it is very possible that your ECM, (Engine Control Module) is bad. The computer is not properly modulating the pulse width on the injectors. The pulse width is too wide/long causing the injectors to dump too much fuel. In short, the injectors are staying open too long. Check your connections on your ECM to make sure there are snug. Try removing your battery terminals, unplug the ECM connectors for a few minutes and then plug the ECM back in, reconnect the battery terminals and try it again and see if this helps. If this does not work the ECM is more than likely bad. Hope this helps.

Can the black box under dash thats the alarm system be removed permently

Not that simple to just disconnect it. Otherwise thieves would have no problem stealing vehicles with security systems. The black box communicates with the engine computer, and then the computer enables the vehicle to start and stay running.
That isn't a bypass technique, it is a reset procedure. Apparently it has got to the point that the reset doesn't fix the problem. Now you may need a new black box-the theft deterrent module-or it may be a problem with the ignition switch. Sounds like the box, but not sure. Ask a pro near you.
Just a heads up- that black box (TDM) can be very expensive. A company called newrockies has developed a module that bypasses the security system for good. this module signals the pcm that all is good, and no problem with the security. They sell this module for about $250. (A GM black box can be around $800, so you are better off with newrockies, and be done forever with security issues.) Google newrockies and you will find out more about it.

Central locking not working

Firstly establish if your c/locking is factory fitted or after market. If factory fitted check the fuse box for any blown fuses. If after market then their is a fused +12v line running to a normally black unit which controls the C/Locking, check that. If no luck with that take it to a fitment center who can diagnose that within 5 minutes
