Question about 1999 Chevrolet K1500
Blew all three relay fuses . Replaced ignition relay ,a/c relay and still blows the ignition relay fuse.Brand new battery has water gone down. Has brand new starter solenoid.Won't start.

yes, the fly wheel could be bad. you have to pull the starter and check the teeth on the flywheel. Also, make sure that the new starter has a new spline drive and that the solenoid is moving the spline drive . You can check this by connecting a battery to it while it is out of the vehicle

you may need to check your exciter wire. If you ndo not have power going through that wire, the ignition switch itself may be bad.
