It's actually the number three plug that is behind the steering column.
They make a special socket just for this plug.
Wharf you spark plug socket has a hex end on it than install it and use a wrench to turn the plug out. It is tedious but it will work. If you spark plug socket does not have the hex end than you can either get one or get the special tool.
If you jack up the drivers side of the vehicle by the fframe you can access all the plugs a little easier through the wheel well opening.
