It's actually the number three plug that is behind the steering column. They make a special socket just for this plug. Wharf you spark plug socket has a hex end on it than install it and use a wrench to turn the plug out. It is tedious but it will work. If you spark plug socket does not have the hex end than you can either get one or get the special tool. If you jack up the drivers side of the vehicle by the fframe you can access all the plugs a little easier through the wheel well opening. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

I need a Sterring colum for my 1987 dodge ram 50, someone tried to steal it and busted the key itinial and I need the entire sterring colum.

You can order one through the dealership(pay a small fortune) or auto body shop. If your not worried about the color, call around to the junk yards, they may have one in a truck there. You can also check on-line at auto junk yards. cheaper than the shops, color is not a option there most times. hope this helps

Where do i find the OBD2 fuse?

it sounds to me like its in the ignition switch. if it does it while u are driving take the sterring wheel and pull the tilt handle and lift it up and down. sometimes the wires in the sterring colum go bad and u have to replace the switch because the wires are about a foot long on them. im not compleatly sure so dont go tearing about ur sterring collum till u find out if thats what it is. but yeah try tilting the sterring wheel up and down when it does it and see it it makes a difference.

It is possible to plug the main connector in upside down. Check to see if this is what you did. Other than that, does the engine roll over?
