Question about 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan
The switch should be located on a bracket just above the brake pedal , usually either clipped in or threaded into the bracket ,,removal will be easy but when fitting the new one be careful to adjust the clearance between the switch and pedal correctly so that the brake lights come on as soon as the brake pedal is pressed ,,,,usually you can feel the click of the switch as it activates ,so adjust the clearance until you have a little play before the click ,make sure when finished to have someone check the lightest come on as you press the brake pedal lightly
