Depending on what year your Sorento is (this is nice-to-know information when you arte asking for help with your vehicle) there is a technical service bulletin published by the manufacturer which involves replacing the left rear wheel guard. Dirt and road salts are getting into the Evaporative Emissions Vent valves and clogging them up. This will cause the system to not vent properly during refueling and cause the symptoms you are describing. You will most likely have to replace the vent valve to fix the problem, then replace the wheel guard to keep it from happening to the new valve.

The fuel tank filler neck has a vent tube running along it that lets air escape as you fill the tank with gas, this tube is more than likely kinked, this causes it to be slow filling and belch back at you when trying to fill the tank. In order to correct this permanently you need to replace the filler neck of the gas tank. This is a common problem on this make of car and its sister car Hyundai both are made by the same Korean car company.

The Asd and the fuel pump relay will start to click fast and then they'd slow down and stop, then it would start, but now the relays won't start clicking at all

Could be corrosion. The ASD runs all the others. Start by pulling it out and putting back in. If it still doesn't work, swap it with another relay, Not the fuel relay. If it starts, replace the relay. If still no start, you need to start checking the relays power and ground. Check fuses also.

Fill pipe cleaning

There is not much to go on here. Is it belching fuel back out of the fuel tank when your putting gas in. If so, there is a vent tube that goes down into the tank and if it is out of place, the tank can't get air while your fueling. Check your fill tube.

THE 91 NISSAN STANZA idlesreal good but when you press the gas it goes fast then slow then fast and slow again will not run smooth

could be clogged fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter first what I would do is clean fuel injectors and replace fuel filter, if there is no codes, meaning your check engine light is not on, some times bad gas can do this or water in gas, better to try the easy things first, plus they real dont cost.much, now I use Lucas fuel injector cleaner myself, I have always got good response from it, plus if need to, you can put a tube in every day, thats if you use about 10 gallons of gas everyday so.try this first, cost for Lucas is around $6 also change fuel filter, cost any where from $7 to $25

Water in fuel, pluged fuel filter, bad connection on computer, loose connection on ignition switch, does it crank over with starter fast enough? If fuel pressure is good, Voltage is good, clean battery terminals. Unplug and pug back in computer and other plugs, check connections for burnt connections.

Chances are your TBI injector is dirty, sticking, failing or the "blue" wire to the injector has rubbed through and is intermittently touching ground and holding the injector open.
Pressing the accelerator to the floor will cause the ECM to go into a "clear flood" condition, it will not send a fuel pulse to the injector and hold it closed.
Remove the injector and clean it out, not very difficult, you can use carburetor cleaner. Trace the blue wire back as far as you can and put some added tape over anything that looks like it may be a rub-through problem and I believe you will be good to go.
Don't forget to change the fuel filter once in a while, slightly clogged fuel filters will shorten the life of your tank mounted fuel pump.
Good luck.
Regards.

you have a vapor vent tube problem. When fuel goes in, the iar must come out. The filler pipe has a vent pipe inside it. Try putting the nozzle in upside down & see what happens. Try putting the nozzle all the way in & see what happens? Try putting the nozzle in just a little way & see what happens.
Otherwise, you may need a new filler pipe.
