SOURCE: fuel gauge not working
yea fords with two tanks are known for getting stuck if you dont switch the tank constantly. you have to get to the valve that switches the two tanks, and free it up. it definitley isnt anything but the valve.

oil pressure sending unit is close to oil filter.temp sending unit on front of intake.check fuses for temp sending unit and coolant temp gauges if all is good make sure grounding is good.if grounds good your gauges is faulty.

SOURCE: air conditioning not working
put 12v straight to the compressor if the clutch ingages comp is good turn ac on is it stops then you are low on freon jump the short cycle switch & charge the system

SOURCE: pump relay
The relay is located on the cab on the drivers side. Locate the fuel pump inertia switch up against the firewall.
Check and see if you have a fuel shut off switch in the trunk of your car. It should tell you in your owners manual. you can see if you have power there when you turn your key on. it only powers it up for 4 to 5 seconds
