Question about 2002 Daewoo Leganza
4 connections in all, one from the ignition switch one earth for the primary circuit then one permanant 12v feed from power supply fuse box and the other feed goes to the fuel pump ,use a multi meter to determine what is what but i seem to remember the heavier supply and feed connections are a bigger terminal than the operating supply and earth now they are numbered but i cannot remember the numbers and iam not outside now in the cold to have a look at my astra which is much the same.

try www.autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you

Hello martin09canc: First thing to do is relieve fuel pressure in the fuel system. Remove the rear seat cushion.Remove the access cover. Disconnect the electrical plug.Would not hurt to disconnect the negative battery cable. This would eliminate any sparks. Remove the sender retaining ring. Lift out the sender unit. Be careful not to spill gas on the carpet. Replace the seal and reverse the operation to install new unit. If you need further help please just ask. Ok all cars are computers now and that so nice cars more complicated. You need min hand held and hook up the pc to the car see if you get some code off the car give you some direction. Is it give you and error message ore as they used call dummy light on the dash
Auto zone does this for free or you can rent one from them i think ore buy one at wally word. Dont know this help you but at least the car might be able tell you what wrong.
Hey did you try disconnecting the battire cable to resent the computer on your car to see the pump kick in then.

It is located Under the rear seat on the passenger side.It will be covered by a black plastic plate.Be sure to relieve fuel line pressure and use a brass strike to remove the retaining ring.
