That engine should never oveheat unless the thermostat is defective or it has a plugged radiator or other serious problems inthe cooling system or engine, I live in the desert of the USA and it reaches 125 Farenheit here, never had any overheating issue on any car I have ever owned.

SOURCE: my kia avella`s steering wheel

Check that the bolts that hold the steering column onto the bodywork are tight. This will require some fiddling under the dash and possibly removing the steering column cowlings.

High idle benz 190e

Could be a defect in the ECU. But 1000rpm is not that high my cars normal is 1000rpm. but some older models were about 700rpm
The AC rise is normal. You may want to have a OBD II check by your garage or you can buy a unit to do this. It will scan the sensors fitted for any problems.

Hi..my kia avella rpm reaches for about 1200 rpm when I start up in the morning and gradually decreases to about 600 rpm.but it takes 10 mins bfore the rpm goes down.is this normal?m And my engine loses...

Yes, that is normal operation for an engine. It needs to run at higher idle when cold and the computer does that through the temp sender. Make sure it's not excessive due to any vacuum leaks. This and the AC power loss would be exaggerated if the engine is not running correctly.

Have the fault codes read. Replace the faulty units with
genuine one because most aftermarket units are not set for OEM cpu units and
are not completely compatible.

I have a kia avella which went under major repair after a crash accident. the front left side of the car had the biggest damage. radiator, airconditioning system, fuse box and many other was destroyed....

The cars computer may need to relearn the idle. When the battery has been disconnected for a while it wipes the memory, so the next time you start it the car goes through a re-learn process. It's free to try, so give it a shot. Disconnect the battery for an hour or two (maybe overnight if you can) then connect it back after it has been sitting. Make sure lights, a/c, radio, all accessories are off and start the car. Let it sit and idle for a while (maybe 10 minutes) until it warms up and the idle drops to normal. Then you should be good as far as the re-lean process goes.
If that doesn't help, then you may have a wiring issue from the wreck. Assuming nothing was done to the engine.

Engine idling varies depending on light or aircon is on/off

dude its normal for first start or cold start that the idle is ok but it must high than normal... its normal because the engine is warming up it self... when it gets warm, the idle speed will return normal idle... your engine is 1200cc, it has not much HP for a great load... and i know its a carburatored engine and its an old engine, your head lyt and a/c fan and aux fan and all the electrical system on your car, uses the HP of you engine and its a lot of load to the alternator driven by the engine to generate an electricity they need and thats why the engine rpm speed lowering down to dead and its shake. thats why when you use your lyts or all electrical, you engine is weakening... the best remede is adjusting you idle speed... its located behind the carburator.. its a small black knob.. just make a twist each eighter way and you'll find out if your idle rpm speed ts incresing or decresing.. just increase it and try opening your lyts and other electrical, if its still shaking then adjust it a little more
