SOURCE: 2006 Honda CRV Passenger both Low & High beams out (bulbs good)

Well I suspect that you may have developed a problem in what's called the Multiplex unit. It's an integral part of the fuse box in Honda CR-V's. It's possible that the cargo trailer caused the problem by causing too much current to be drawn thru the system, I have a similar problem with my 2002 Honda CR-V and have been told I need to replace the multiplex unit and they are quite expensive. You may have to bite the bullet and have it checked by your nearest Honda Dealer.

SOURCE: crown victoria window motor replacement

remove the door panel. be very careful and make sure you get all the screws out. Should be maybe 2 on the bottom half of the door, and 2 on the top half. one is right by the handle, which is the one i forgot the first time i took my door pannel off. carefully pull the panel upward, and outward at the same time. Once the panel is off, disconnect the controls, and remove the light from the panel. Remove the plastic cover very carefully, it will tear, just keeps noise, and air, and the elements out.
There will be 3 screws, they are torx bolts, once you pull those 3 out. They are located middle of the door towards the right side. The motor will drop down a little bit. disconnect the wires for the motor, and wiggle the motor off of the regulator. the crown vics have a decent size hole to get into the door panel, you can also remove the speaker if that would help you do it. other than that, it just lining up the new motor into the car, pushing it into the regulator, and putting the 3 bolts in, make sure they are snug, and not cross threaded. put everything back together, and your set.

Hi there Well it sounds like its either your Light switch or the fuse has blown [but dose the high beam work if yes then its only globes or blown fuse so try the main beam and then test the fuses or just change them .

2005 P71 LEFT HI BEAM DOES NOT WORK. RELACED THE BULB AND STILL DOES NOT WORK. CAN I JUMP A WIRE FROM THE RIGHT SIDE TO THE LEFT SIDE TO MAKE IT WORK?

Is a quick fix but will not solve the problem of why and in the long run you could overload the wire carrying voltage to your left high beam causing both to not work

Knocking noise from rear passe ger side 2003

Your axle bearing is more than likely shot. The right side goes out first for some reason. Fairly inexpensive if you can do it yourself.

High beams don't work

Hi,

Most of the time when the high or low beams don't work you have a bad dimmer switch. I would reccomend getting it replaced.

One high beam won't work.

There should be black split tubeing from the head light. Untape and check the connections that have been spliced. Usually the police flasher was hooked up at that point. You may have to follow the wires back to find the break.
