SOURCE: blowing ignition a fuse
I believe you mean a 40 amp fuse? Wow! that's a dead short somewhere on a large wire. Could be difficult, or hopefully easy to find. There's always the smoke test option: Solder a jumper wire across the top of the fuse, making the circuit essentially un-fused and look for the smoke. Not the best method, but quick. Warning: if you do this, depending on where the short is, you could melt down the wire harness or possibly start a fire. Try this at your own risk! IT'S A "LAST RESORT" THING, WHEN YOU'VE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE AND FAILED! Good luck.

Since your blower is working and it is a heat issue,thats where we'll
start,First thing is have you checked the coolant level in the radiator when
engine is cold,make sure it is filled to top,next verify you have coolant in
reserve ,Start your van and get it up to normal operation temperature,If your
heat gauge on the dash works correctly it should be 190 degrees,Now lift the
hood and locate the two heater hoses going into the heater assembly at the fire
wall,Both hoses should be hot to hold on to,if both are hot and no heat inside
your problem will be the blend air door in heater assembly.
if neither hose is that hot you need to replace the thermostat in the engine to get it up to 195 degrees.
if one hose is hot and one is luke warm then the heater core is blocked and to blame. hope this helps you.

Start with brake in the rear that is the farthest away from the master cylinder ( if your master cylinder is on drivers side start with passenger rear,pump up brake pedal until hard have someone else open bleeder valve until air or fluid squirts out,while holding brake pressure even if goes to the floor dont release pedal until bleeder valve is tightened or you will **** air back into the line,do this several times making sure you get a full stream of brake fluid and no air,continue to other rear wheel and then proceed to front wheel furthest from master cylinderand then final wheel. if you still don't have brakes change master cylinder and bleed all brakes again.
